Creating space for dynamic movement.

Brand identity and website for Franco-American painter, Lys-Aelia Hart.

In 2020, French-American artist Lys-Aelia Hart took the plunge and formalised her creative practice by officially starting ladh studio. Given the interest in her large scale paintings for commercial interiors, it became important for Hart to showcase her work online. We collaborated with her to create a simple brand identity that could easily be rolled out on a variety of assets – and one that could also be maintained autonomously – while also aligning her practice with visual language typically understood as part of the art and gallery world.

To support the transition to a formal art practice, ladh studio also required a place to showcase her paintings and other creative work online. We worked on ways to group and organise her artwork, to support an organised and easy to navigate gallery style website, built on Squarespace.
